Workshop Series: 1 - 2 hours/session

Take the deep dive through a series of sequenced workshops that integrates a hands-on yoga practice with discussions and activities to unpack and apply the principles of instruction to the needs of your school or organization.  A series can run weekly, monthly, quarterly, or on other schedules that meet your needs

Single Workshop I: 1 - 1 ½ hours

Treat your faculty and staff to a yoga practice designed for their self-care.  The practice will be grounded in suggestions for how they can stay grounded, centered, and mindful as educators.

Single Workshop II: 2 - 2 ½ hours

Empower your faculty and staff to explore new frameworks grounded in yoga instruction for their work.  Choose an area of focus in general pedagogy or specific to Jewish life and learning and a workshop will be designed to include three parts:

  1. Yoga practice – experience the pedagogic principles in motion (45-60 minutes)
  2. Debrief – facilitated discussion dissecting the yoga practice and compelling teaching techniques that stood out (10 minutes)
  3. Deep Dive – discussion and activity exploring the designated area of focus (30-40 minutes)

Single Workshop III: 2 ½ hours – ½ day

This workshop includes a full yoga practice and gives you the flexibility to select two to three areas of focus in general pedagogy and/or Jewish life and learning to explore through a reflective dialogue, activities, and a facilitated lab-setting where educators can work in small groups to immediately apply the yoga principles to their current work.  Educators will emerge from this workshop with an action plan on how to integrate their learning into their work.
